Dave is a seasoned real estate executive with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in design, leadership, and management across all phases of the real estate development process. He has worked with a diverse range of real estate developers and architectural firms throughout his career and most recently served as an executive at Streetworks Development overseeing District Detroit, and White Plains Mall redevelopment project. His exceptional contributions played a pivotal role in transitioning the business toward acquisition by the Hudson's Bay Company in 2019. As VP of Project Planning and Design, he was responsible for over 50 discontinued Lord & Taylor project sites, encompassing $11 billion of existing assets for Hudson’s Bay and Saks Fifth Avenue.
With a career in creating meaningful brand engagements and an exceptional ability to translate client needs and goals into realistic visions, Dave manages senior level directors, junior level team members and third-party consultants through the creation of ground-up master planning and construction, adaptive re-use interventions, space and placemaking, contract negotiations and prototype design development. As a technical expert in studio management, Dave optimizes design and programming processes, investor-level-architectural collateral including 3D visualizations and sets the firm’s “uniformity standard” to integrate workflow throughout the firm's cloud and remote-based systems, operations, and processes.
