With more than 30 years of experience, Corey has an extensive portfolio of managing large-scale master planned projects throughout California and Hawaii. Leveraging his background in civil engineering, Corey’s wide-ranging experience spans all phases of development from due diligence to land planning, entitlements, resource agency approvals, project budgeting and scheduling, improvement plan approvals/permitting and community governance structures.
While at Newhall Ranch, he was instrumental in the formulation of “Net Zero Newhall”, an initiative for the first ever large-scale master planned community to have zero greenhouse emissions. This led to implementation of “Net Zero Newhall” initiatives that included development of GHG credit protocols and programs for offsite greenhouse emission reduction projects for land development.
