Development
Gary has deep experience in land acquisition and real estate development, with a unique understanding of municipal requirements and how they can be tailored into a project to create added value. Through many years working in the land development sector, he has a unique skill set for maximizing a property's overall worth, and is a specialist in retail and residential land planning and development, city and county infrastructure reimbursements, sub-divisions and Green Master Planned Communities.
He also has experience representing both public and private companies to both acquire and dispose of land assets and has vast experience in property eligibility for infrastructure and sales tax reimbursement through municipal finance districts including those using renewable energy. One of Gary's most recent noteworthy achievements is the acquisition of over 25,000 acres of real estate, planning, zoning and platting over 75,000 single family lots, 5,000 acres of retail land and 4,000 acres of industrial properties.
