Driving our advancements in culture, growth, transformation, and learning, Annette aka “Roe” brings over 30 years of experience in achieving budgeted profit results and meeting financial criteria while maintaining a robust organizational plan. As a critical integrator and translator of our strategic vision into daily practice and operations, she is also a change agent and mentor, highly observant of human behavior, and passionate about all things creative. She advocates for thoughtful strategies and collective efforts to drive adaptive change, consistently proposing realistic and viable solutions.
With a career in "Big Law," encompassing finance, technology, marketing, operations, and workforce management, she effectively leads our operational framework across diverse industries fostering strong partnerships, developing talent capabilities, and driving business performance.
On a global and virtual stage, Roe has been a key contributor on the firm’s ESG project management team since 2016, collaborating closely with allied organizations, foreign ministries, local, state, and federal governments—including the California Senate and Assembly—as well as with third-party consultants and lobbyists.
Roe also serves on various boards and committees including spearheading one of our firm's largest pro bono initiatives focused on the restoration and preservation of the environmentally threatened Salton Sea. She actively engages in awareness initiatives with elected officials and has been vocal about the public health issues related to its decline. With strong political relationships at the city, county, state, and federal levels, and a keen awareness of local opportunities and constraints, she passionately advocates for the Salton Sea and proactively addresses the essential needs of its people and businesses in the surrounding communities.
Navigating environmental, operational, social, and political complexities requires careful consideration and strategic collaboration among a diverse range of stakeholders. Roe is known for her persuasive and charismatic leadership style as a trusted listener, advisor and coach, is a Southern California native and educated at the University of Southern California.
