Todd brings experience in the fields of partnerships, construction, real estate, contracts, financial analysis, municipal finance, municipal district entitlement, legislative efforts, green building programs, homebuilding and energy efficiency building auditing and value engineering. His cross disciplinary knowledge leads the firm's understanding and implementation of new cutting-edge government and private programs. Todd is an expert in the relationship between vertical construction cost, operations and lifestyle expenses, buyer preferences and alternative finance vehicles. He has designed and implemented green building pilot programs in partnership with the Department of Energy (DOE), has been a manager of a publicly traded production homebuilder and designed new green building programs for master planned communities in multiple states and climates. Todd is able to lend project scale benefits to help navigate through existing government programs, identify and establish alternative finance options and make the necessary adjustments to access government incentives and bridge the technology gap with other green and/or energy efficient programs.
